Embed Image JPG and Type Over it.

    Hi All,

I was hoping some one could help me. In my old versions of Excel I could insert a JPG (image of a Form - Converted PDF actually). And then do a "Send To Back". Then I could line up the Cells with the entry points \ fields on the form and type over it, insert my formulas etc etc..

Then when I pressed print, I got the exact layoyt of the PDF with all my fields, calculations etc...

But in Excel 2007 all I can seem to do is set it as background (which is pointless). I can't seem to figure out how to insert a JPG and have the Cell Text be in the foreground.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks.
    Wile E.

Are you sure? Shapes, charts and pictures have always been on a drawing layer above that of the cells.

Maybe you had an image with shapes on top of that. Or the image had transparent areas where the cells below could be seen.
