    Hlookup issue.

    Hi

Can anyone help me with a small problem of Hlookup and how to use sum function with it.

    date 10th-11th-12th-13th-14th-15th-16th-total-17th-18th-19th-20th-21th-22nd-23rd-total-24th
day sun-mon- tue- wed- thur- fri - sat- sun-mon- tue- wed- thur- fri - sat -sun
    data 21 - 10 - 23- 20 -2 - 6 - 14- 12 - 11 - 10 - 11 -11 -30 - 12 - 10

I can do normal hlookup to look value.

I am have trouble suming the data for week
Example if my hlookup value is 10th resulet i want to see is 21+10+23+20+2+6+14=96 as my value NOT 21 which just looking up 10th

if i change the hlookup value to 17th result i want ot see is 12+11+10+11+11+30+12=97

Can anyone help me with this. also this hlookup is accross to wookbook.

Hope there someone who can help.

    Hi,
Why not just add a fourth helper row which sums a rolling 7 cells from row 3 and use HLOOKUP to pick up the value in the fourth row?

It seems like SUMIF() is what you're trying to do.
