enter suburb return with postcode

i have a simple request.

i need the formula for s spreedshet that can populate the postcode based on suburb entered in another cell eg.

Y4 - Adelaide
AA4 - Postcode

data is stored in another worksheet with suburns listed in column A and Postcodes in B

Best option would probably be VLOOKUP, but if you could post a workbook then we would be able to probably be of more service.
