    Pass/Fail Percentages

I am trying to make a cell that would calculate the pass/fail averages for an Army Physical Fitness Test and am some what lost. I am going to attach the spread sheet I am working with in Excel 2007. If any on could help me out I would appreciate it. Some general knowledge for the sheet I am working with is the individual scores for each even (Push ups, Situps and 2 mile run) much be 60 points or greater to be a pass and automatically make the PT test a fail. These scores are already marked in red for easy id. I am hoping there is a way to make the percentage automatically adjust when I fill in the scores. If anyone could help I would apreciate it very much.

How about the attached - I added an extra column (L) but you can put it someplace else and hide it if you want.

    Re: Pass/Fail Percentages

This is Cutters' solution, but I thought you might want to see what groupings can do for your sheet, rather than hide rows. Toggle the +/- buttons in the left margin

Also get rid of as much merged cells in your tables as you can, better still all of them, they just give you grief.
I have cleaned out the principal offenders and put in an alternative that looks the same.

    Cheers
