Auto-Match Values from Data-set

I have massive sales data to work on.

I have managed to rganize the same. The data is of 1000 Territories along with their Sales Numbers ftom April 2009 to March 2011. Also I have dervied the month in which the peak value for each territory was attained. This peak value is simply the highest value attained by a territory during the two year period. Also I have the corresponding "Sales Personnel" for each territory Month wise from April 2009 to March 2011.

The help I need is -

Is there a formula through which excel can Autopick the Number of Sales Personnel viz-a-viz in the Peak Sales Month for a given Territory. So for example, if for a given Territory "A", the Highest Sales from Apr 2009 to Mar 2011 was Achieved in Month of "June 2010". So can excel auto pick the number of Sales Personnel from the other series of data that I have lined up beside this data?

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
