anchors denied with excel 2002 on win7

    Hi,
I made an excel workbook that I use for a long time, and it worked good till recently.
In a very long calculation sheet I placed anchors so that I can fast jump from one section to another.
But since a while, when I try to use them, I have the following message:
'This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".

I suspect some security settings that I made once, without being conscious that it would have that effect.

    Can anyone help?
It is with excel 2002 and win 7 pro

    Thx

    E
