Deleting 'some' rows if criteria met

Morning folks... Got a bit of an issue here.

I've got a bit of a mismatched spreadsheet with text and numbers where I need to delete the first two cells in a row if B is blank, and if A is a numerical value 'only'.

In other words, any cells in column A that have a number only, and not a number + text AND have a blank cell in column B would be deleted and shifted left.

    Is this even possible?
