Finding all cells meeting certain criteria in a given row

I have a table with people's names on the left and categories across the top. The table is mostly bianary entries with a cell either containing a number 0 or larger if the person meets that category or a -1 if they don't (I know this seems weird bit its for formatting issues as a blank cel counts as 0). In a different sheet I created a drop down list to select any one of the names. I need be able to search the row of the given name for all cells with a value greater than 0 in them and return the title of the column those cells are in. Basically when a name is selected I want to return all of the categories that name meets.

IE use the name Alex Hodges to search his row for all cells greater than -1 and return teh column headers (categories) of those cells.
