Using IsBlank with VLookup

I'm trying to return a specific value for all cells that are blank when doing a vlookup.

So if I have my one sheet has the following data

A B
1 C 75
2 F 86
3 U
4 I 43
5 Q 49

I want to pull the information on a new sheet, but if it's pulling for U (B3) then I want it to instead of giving a 0 to return with 100. How do I format my formula to do this?

That's what I tried but then it returns "#NAME?"

Are you sure you typed the formula correctly? Have a look at the attachment.

Thanks for the help, I found my error, in my actual formula I was trying to get it to return text but I didn't use quotes around it.
