I am attempting to do a search upon text values and have them sum up. We are logging test bugs for a client and we have introduced types into the mix. We are then trying to analyze the data and see the percentage of the bugs. So we have a list of all of the bugs and their categories within a spreadsheet. I would like to have excel go through the list, and sum up and chart the categories.
An example would be:

Incomplete
Incomplete
Incomplete
Incomplete
Incomplete
So I would like to have a formula run and return results like so:
Field Mapping 5
Typo 4
Incomplete 5
And then chart the results.
