Duplicate text add data to correct column or add new row

    Hi,

I'm looking to create a report based on a weekly list of text that has a single corresponding number. Some of this text will be duplicated from other weeks and some will be new.

What I would like to acheive is that if the text is a duplicate (ie already appears in the text column) it's corresponding number will appending in correct weekly column against the current row containing the duplicate text.

However if the text is not duplicated then I would like a new row to be created with the text in the text column and the corresponding number to be added to the same new row in the correct weekly column. Currently doing this manually with text list of 50+ words each week using conditional formatting but I'm sure there must be a quicker way.

I have attached a spreadsheet outlining the problem and what I'd ideally like to acheive.

Hope that makes sense! If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
