SUM IF? to compare workload by person?

Am wanting to work out total sum and averages for individuals on 2 shifts then culminate their workload on am and pm shift into another SUM and Avg by individual..

I have included a sample, if you look at sheet one - its the data and sheet 2 is the setup for the formulas which I think are SUMIF?

Any assistance would be grand

Hi Isabella,

See the attached where I didn't need any formulas but did a simple Pivot Chart on the first set of data.

See if this gives you a method to compare supervisors graphically.
