I have 30 employees and all have an individual year at a glance calendar to maintain, and it's created in Excel with formulas. Each must fill out a vacation request sheet for time off which is a basic Excel form. Currently I enter every employees' name onto a month at a glance calendar, each day can have up to seven employees names. Is there a way to get the employee name to populate automatically onto my month at a glace from their year at a glance calendar?
