    Linking Lists and Eliminating Blanks

    Hey guys,

    I'm trying to link a list between two sheets, but I want all blank cells removed on the second sheet.

    The range with the blanks is Sheet1!J4:J24 and the range for the list that I want no blanks is Sheet3!E16:E37.

    Please help?
