Populating a sheet from multiple sheets

Okay so here's the situation... I have a daily timesheet for each supervisor that I fill in according to what area the employees worked. I also have to present this information in a weekly database. What I'm tryiing to do is fill the employee name, the Code ID, the quantity, and the hours per person per Code ID. An employee can work on multiple Codes per day. I color coded the data spots on "Ash Monday" tab and "5-1-11" tab to make it easier to see and the data on the "5-1-11" tab is information I entered to show what I need it to do. HELP HELP HELP!!!! LOL

What sheet are you looking for help with? Fill out some sample "results" on that sheet and explain where they came from so we can follow that out visually, I'm sure we can take it from there.

I'm looking to populate the "5-1-11" tab from each of the Daily Timesheet "Ash Monday" has been color coded results to show where on the "5-1-11" tab I need the info to go. Any assistance on this is highly appreciated. The thing is really kicking my butt and I know once we get one timesheet to work and fill in the data on "5-1-11" it's nothing to put the formulas onto the other sheets.

On 5-1-11 in cell H2, put this formula, then copy down:

=INDEX('Ash Monday'!$F$10:$O$36, MATCH($C2, 'Ash Monday'!$C$10:$C$36, 0), MATCH($A2, 'Ash Monday'!$F$4:$O$4, 0))
