lookup values

Hi

I'm wondering if i can do multiple lookups within 3 tabs. I have created a dummy files and from "Report tab"
you will see that from column B it has Actual, Target and variance

My problem is i don't know how to lookup values from data1 tab to populate the actual from C2 to F2 and also how to populate C3 to F3 from data2 tab values?
