Update records in a worksheet using a user form

I am a kind of noob in excel. I have prepared a user form which populates data from a separate worksheet. I want to edit the data in that worksheet using this user form. I am able to edit all the fields except the first name of employee. Can anyone help me out. The name of the form is "EmployeeForm". I want the update to take place on the click of save button. Here is the excel file attached.

Thanks for your reply, but this code just changes the "FirstName". All other fields have no effect and they hold the previous value. Any other suggestion ?
