Gather information from a web source and sorting.

I just discovered the situation now exists. I thought I'd ask experts if the goal is possible.

I have an excel database with these categories of info.

    Name
    Web Site
    Email
    Phone
    Facebook
    Facebook, must be friend
    Twitter
    Skype

Today I found a website that contains some contact info that we do not have, but some we do have. The company does not sell the info.

Clicking on this link shows an example of a page of info. sorted by state.

Our goal is to collect the info listed above for non duplicates. The starting place is to determine duplicates in our database.

We want to be able to go to this web site, sort the info, as above, highlight the entire page of info, cut and paste to our excel sheet and take only the web sites.

    Question:

Is there a way to highlight all info in this link, paste to Excel, then eliminate everything EXCEPT *.com or *.net addresses or show only the web addresses.

We would then paste to out database, eliminate duplicates, and manually look up new data based on remaining non duplicate web sites.

    Any suggestions?
