    Need to create report from sheet

    Hello,
    I am working with a sheet that sums up a percentage. I want to create a report that has if >30% then checked (and summed) if <30% (blank)
    I am a novice at best and not sure how to create the data from the sheet that is populated on a daily basis. I've attached the sheet and the last tab was were I was going to put in the reports by person and by department. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
