Hyper Link How to make it Fixed?

Hyper Link, inside the same file.

Sheet one has the information, with the link that points to sheet two.

Sheet Two has the actual data that are linked to a Screen Shot.

How can I have the Link Fixed Dynamically !

For example if I have a Link in Sheet One that points to Cell M45 with a screen shot "A" in Sheet Two.

Then I add another Screen Shot in sheet two, but I had to move screen shot "A", so now the Link for Cell M45 points either to a blank cell or the wrong cell.

So I need to make the Link Fixed to the same screen shot, no matter where I move it to!

Hope I can find a solution.

I tried different approaches, still no luck.

Hope someone has a solution for me.
