    Conversion Formula

Hi, I am looking for a formula to convert 100ths to fractions. I also want the fractions to be only halves, quarters, eights, sixteenths, thirty seconds, sixty fourths, one twenty eights, or two fifty sixths. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance, Tommy

    Welcome to the forum.

    Try

=MROUND(A1,0.00390625) where A1 holds the decimal value.

and format the cell holding the formula as Fraction - Up to 3 digits
