Excel 2007 : Date is outside timeline prompt

I have uploaded a picture of the prompt that comes up. I need to edit the timeline that has been established on this worksheet, but I am not sure how to do it.

Under the data validation settings, update the error tab with the message you need to appear when the data validation is violated. In this case, a date range was set in the data validation and the date input was outside the range.
