    Does this simple key-shortcut exist?

Please see the illustrated example (attachment). I use this "auto-fill feature" all the time... and I am so tired that I have to move the mouse everytime!! There MUST be a keyboard-shortcut for this. All I can find is ctrl+D which does NOT do the same as you HAVE to select a RANGE.

Hi and welcome to the board

You only have to select the first cell and double-click the "+" symbol at the right lower corner of the selection

    Hi arthurbr.
    Thanks for the lovely welcome!

The point with the problem is that I want to tab a KEYBOARD shortcut instead of double clicking the cross with the mouse! Can this be done?

    Rgds,
    Peter
