    Two Conditions in one formula in Conditional Formatting

    Hello Everyone,

    I've been working to this project for 2 days, but until now i cannot figure out how to make a
    one formula in condtional formatting with two conditions. (Please check the attached file)

    Any help is appreciated very much.

    For CF in other sheet you need to name that range. (For example select Sheet A3 to E6 and name it data)

    then you can use this formula:

    =(B3=1)*(VLOOKUP(A3, data, 2, FALSE)<C3)

    Dear zbor,

    Thank you very much for your help, i really appreciate it. Your formula is effective, but still
    i cannot use the indirect function. I don't want to put this formula in every cell that i need
    conditional formatting. So that is why i want to use the indirect function.

    Any idea how to do it?
