Formulas in Pivot table

Hi,
I have table like this>
. Month Tipe
Jan Feb Mar
Country Cost bud act bud act bud act
B Finansijski rashodi 0 2 0 2 0 2
Neoperativni rashodi 0 2 0 2 0 1


For each mounth I have two groups (bud and act) they are in one colum and values are in other colum. I need to calculate difference between bud and act.
