Multiple users on a spreadsheet, wish to lock data for unauthorised users

Hi, this is my first post to this forum.

I am compiling a database in Excel and would like some tips on how best to go about it.

Basically, the spreadsheet is as follows:

    c. 100 rows of data, each row pertaining to one survey respondant.
The 100 respondants are split between 5 surveyors, who are responsible for inputting the survey responses
The survey consists of 15 Yes/No questions.

What I would like to do is have it so that each surveyor can only change answers for their own respondants- Is there a practical way to do this in Excel?

Also I would like to know if there is any way of entering Yes/No answers in cells that is more convenient/conducive to analysis/presentable?

Thanks you in advance and apologies for being such a novice.

Re: Multiple users on a spreadsheet, wish to lock data for unauthorised users

I have embedded the excel file from my one drive successful in my Blogspot. I have the name range of the cell as Calc.A, which range needs to be displayed in the blog.
    I have the following issues:
    1. I want to look all cells except, C4 and E4 so that user can input their value.
    2. I want to hide the below menu bar containing excel symbol, file information and view full size workbook.

    Please help.
