Because Excel uses floating point precision, it will never store a numeric value beyond 15 digits.
You can technically copy the number into a cell after ' and it will store the value as a text string, but if you attempt any sort of calculation against it, it will instantly convert the remaining digits into zero.
You may wish to search for software designed to handle arbitrary point precision.
