Remove Certain Line Breaks in cell

Hi there, I'm working in Excel 2003. I need to remove some but not all line breaks in a cell. I have the following data in one cell:

    T3S R25W
    SEC 3 NENE
    FROM THE SURFACE TO THE
BASE OF THE FT MORGAN SANDS

Using Find and Replace the data comes out:
T3S R25W SEC 3 NENE FROM THE SURFACE TO THE BASE OF THE FT MORGAN SANDS

The results I wish to have are:
    T3S R25W
    SEC 3 NENE
FROM THE SURFACE TO THE BASE OF THE FT MORGAN SANDS

So my question is can I remove certain page breaks in a cell?

    Thanks!

You will need to use SUBSTITUTE function in a helper cell and identify the occurance number.

    e.g.

    =SUBSTITUTE(A1,CHAR(010)," ",3)

This assume that the carriage return character is CHAR(010) and it replaces only the 3rd one in cell A1.

You can then copy and paste special >> Values over the original column...
Where there is a will there are many ways.
