Data Sort by Drop Down List

Hi All,

Looking for some help with the attached spread sheet. I copied a previous spread sheet used for similiar data analysis however I'm having a trouble with the IF statements in the 'Month' chart which would ultimately sort my data. I need to sort by Month (including YTD), by Quarter (Including Full Year), and by Individual (1,2,3.. Team). This is a bit beyond my abilities in excel so any help would be of great assistance. Please let me know if you need further clarification, as I'm not sure If I explained this clearly. Thanks in advance...

Update: I have figured out how to sort by Quarter... Am I not able to sort by more then one factor? Will I have to create another chart to sort by UW? Thanks
