Wink Conditional Formatting based on 3 conditions

Hello. I use Excel 2003. I know its out dated but its the version i have to use at work. I need to highlight a cell based on conditions of 3 other cells on the same row...

    Condition 1
Cell B2 must not be blank

    Condition 2
    Cell K2 must be blank

    Condition 3
Cell H2 must not contain the string "NRN"

Then, if all conditions pass, D2 should be highlighted in RED

I appreciate any help I can get on this.

    Thanks

Select your range (i.e D2) and conditional format > Use Formula

    =AND(ISBLANK($B2),ISBLANK($K2), ISNUMBER(FIND("NRN",$H2)))
    Format as red
    Does that work for you?
    ChemistB
    My 2?

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

Thanks guys and/or gals. You guys nudged me in the right direction. Arthur, yours didn't work and ChemistB didn't work the right way. I saw Arthur's use of the NOT parameter and applied them to ChemistB's input and it work. Thanks for the help. This is solved!!
