Create Dynamic List with 3 criteria

Hi, I have searched and tried to figure this out myself, but I can't get it to work.

On the attached example, I have included some sample data. Upto now thanks to previous solved posts on this forum I have managed to create a dynamic list returning all values that are based on the 'ELR' reference which a user selects on a different sheet.

What Im trying to do, is then to further filter the returned data so it only displays values which match the 'ELR' reference, but are greater than the specified start mileage, but less than the specified finish mileage. The Start/End mileages are specified by the user on a different sheet.
Please see example to understand it better to see what Im trying to achieve.

Does this give you a start, or am I on the wrong lines?

Add Dynamic names

Thank You Marcol for the quick reply. To further expand, the raw data is in excess of 19,000 rows, split between 1685 'ELRs' all of which contain numerous 'Access Points'. Each 'Access Point' has a unique mileage associated with the ELR.

So far using array formulas, I can return ALL access points for a given ELR which appear in Column G. This is then used as a dyanmic range for a drop down box on another sheet.
What Im trying to do is to further filter the results so only those which have mileages between the two upper and lower mileages specified (which are variable) are returned.
