A fairly simple way is to use COUNTIF() (or COUNTIFS() depending on your duplicate criteria).

Say your duplicates are in A2:A50
    In B2

    Drag/Fill Down

Filter the result on Column B > Number > Is greater than 1

With the result, select the entire rows and delete rows, remove the filter.
