Question Auto-Generate Reports From another worksheet

I have attached a file with two worksheets, Plantilla and Report. What I want to do is to create a report based on the values presented in the plantilla worksheet without having to copy and paste each value.

I want to automatically create a 1 page report for each employee record except for those that have been displayed as VACANT.

I hope you could help me with this one , badly needed this.. thanks a lot..

Your data table is poorly designed. You shouldn't have it split into departments as you have & if the names were in the first column you could then use VLOOKUP. In the present format you might be able to use INDEX/MATCH to add the details when the name is changed in the report
    Hope that helps.

That was really awesome! It made it a lot easier.. however, would it be possible to create the reports without clicking the drop down box and also excluding the vacant positions? since we don't really need to create a report on vacant positions.. I mean, the report worksheet should auto generate the report.. eg. if we have 450 employees then on the reports sheet we should see 450 pages of the same format that are ready to to be printed not including the vacant position.. Or if you have a better idea than this, I would really appreciate it. thanks!

Wait for it. We can fully automate it.
Can you add a column of E mail addresses so these "reports" can be sent to them automaticly.

Thanks Dan, I'll be waiting for that.. Actually this reports will not be sent via email this will only be a hard copy to be distributed to employees for their own personal file. The Report file (the .xls file) is the one that will be sent to the main agency for their copy..

But I can say your idea was brilliant to send them via email perhaps we can create both(one for all reports and one that can be sent via email)? If that's not a big deal..

Thanks in advance Dan.. I'll be waiting for your post!

Here is the test vesion. (Attached)
Study the layouts cearefully so you know how to do it next time.
Also look at the coding if you are interisted.

Wow! Dan, it's worth the wait.. I understand that this is only a test version however, it does what I wanted it to do.. I wonder how the final version would work (and i would love to see it as well).. Thanks a lot Dan, I'll go ahead and study this one out.. Can you recommend a good source for this type of issues like ebooks or online sources perhaps? Thanks again for the effort you put here.. It's really a great help for me..
