Get Pivot table to show the same result after renewing source data

hi, if I have pivot tables where source data can be changed, is there a way to keep the pivot tables to provide always the same choice of results?

Ex: I have in the source data one column with results {#N/A, Document present, Doc not present, 0}. I need a pivot table that will always give me only option "Document present". Source data is refreshed or renewed frequently, so when i refresh pivot tables, usually it will show all set of results again then I have to go in the pivot table and uncheck the ones I don't want. I'd like to avoid this last step.
