Inserting N Rows and Transposing Column Info

I have many rows with columns of information about shoes.

Each row contains 10-15 columns of shoe sizes (D:R).

I want to transpose each row's range of sizes into a column, without overwriting the rows below.

I'm guessing it would be done by inserting N rows depending on # of sizes, then transposing the sizes.

Attached workbook with two sheets; sample data and requested output.

Please move this to the programming forum if that is more appropriate.

    Thank you for your time.
