Compiling a cutting list of parts

Hi,
I have a spread sheet that figures parts for a cabinet from dimensions that I input. The results are displayed in three groups of columns with a type of part header for each. These groups have three columns each with sub headers. One for quantity, one for length and one for width. There is also a column in the info input area that designates cab number. How can I generate a list of parts that will look at these three groups and will give me quantity, length, width, type of part, and cab number. The list has to also combine duplicate sizes and sort from largest to smallest. Thank You, Thomas
