Dynamic data calculate median of latest date input into sheet

I have a sheet (see enclosed). The user will add data to this file as time goes on.

Is there a way to calculate the median of the newest data added and add this to the table to the right.

if it would be better to organize table another way just let me know.

Basically, i just need/want median of new data added to my median table.
