Format:
7H 10S convert to --> 7:00:10
10H 30M 05S convert to --> 10:30:05

I'm so close but don't have the correct formulas for 2003. I'm hoping you are really using 2007 or above. I've done the formulas using (new to 2007) a =IfError function. If you can convert this to the older 2003 formula using http://www.excelfunctions.net/Excel-Iferror.html I believe you will have an answer.
Here are the attached to work on.
Perhaps someone with 2003 can convert the IFError for us.

YEAH!
If you could change your profile to say 2007 it would have saved me lots of time failing at converting it to old 2003 functions. I never did convert it correctly.
