Hi All,
I am not too familar with the pivot tables. I am trying to bring a Initial Cost and Additional cost as well as the category, so all the data correspnds to appropriate fields but it doesn't seem to work. I attahed the file for review. Also, if it works, please provide the solution not just an answer. Thanks.

Since the numbers are under the Company Categories, you need to put those headers in the Data area.
Since the Cost category is actually text, you need to put that in Row area to categorize...
In order to sort it so that Initial Cost is first, then Additional, right-click any item in that column (column B) and choose Field Settings... then click Advanced and choose to sort in Descending.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
