Looking for a value in a grid

Hello!

Let's say we type APPLE in A1.
I need a formula in B1 which will search for "APPLE" in the grid from C1 to P50 and return the value which is exactly next to it on the right.

For example, if APPLE is in D7, and PEAR in E7, the formula should return PEAR in B1.
