How to cross referencing two lists and copying relevant information

Hi there. I am having a problem with cross-referencing two sheets and attaining information that appears on both.

I am compiling a master list of people for an organization. Let us call this Master List Sheet 1. However, it is not yet complete and needs information from another list we will call Sheet 2. I need Excel to search Sheet 2's list of people for individuals appearing in Sheet 1. If a person appears in both, then I want to copy the important information such as phone number, address, email, etc into the respective columns in Sheet 1. Haseeb, after seeing your example I'm afraid I interpreted the question wrong but I will post mine just the same. I also made this before Zoraxe posted an example so it's just some made up data according my reading of the question.

Anyway, Sheet 1 and 2 have the personnel list. Worksheet finds the duplicates from Sheet 1 and 2 and then labels their row on Worksheet. Finally, Master Sheet pulls from the list on Worksheet and removes the spaces using the row numbers next to the names. The Phone Number and Addresses use the VLookup function to pull from Sheet 1.
