Im trying to sum a column if the value is positive and only if a second column has a specific word. I tried the following:
SUMIF(D4:D3539,"*House",C4:C3539) and D4:D3539 >0

This seems to work...
=SUMPRODUCT(--ISNUMBER(SEARCH("House",$D$4:$D$3539)),--($C$4:$C$3539<>0),$C$4:$C$3539)
If you had 2007 you could use the Sumifs function.

Yes, thank you, this worked.
I am trying to use sumifs to sum number values under multiple criteria. The formula is valid yet I receive 0 as the solution which it defintely is not. This is the formula:
=SUMIFS(DEKLAIM!C:C,DEKLAIM!A:A,F7+0,DEKLAIM!B:B,"work")
Any ideas or suggestions would really be appreciated.
