WEb Query for Refresh of lesser Time frame

Hi frnds.

I use a Excel sheet to get data from Yahoo which uses a webqery to get data. It refreshes the data any no of sececonds entered.

Now im inetersted in gettin data from another source. Excel inbuiilt query doesnt allow Excel refresh less than 1min.

Can any body help me with a way to update it less than 1 min, say 5 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec etc.
