Angry How to get the first values in an array

I need assistance with a problem I am having. I have worked this out in various ways and have not found a way to come up with a viable solution. Perhaps, there is none and it has to be done manually.

I am creating an automated model which imports data from various sources with a text file being among them. This text file comes from a pdf which is emailed to me daily and contains 7 values that I need updated everyday. However, the pdf is never imported in the exact same layout as it was the previous day. Thus, I cannot cell reference the values because the next day when the data is refreshed, they will be incorrect (some days it's the same, but most have a few values moving spots so they are ultimately incorrect).

However, these 7 values for the last 3 months reside within a 5 cell x 5 cell block and follow this pattern: no matter what layout the 7 values are in, they still are correct in sequence. The first values to come up in each row going down the 5 rows are the consecutive values. So, if there is a way to get the first seven values going by row in this 25 cell range with a formula, I'd appreciate the help.

I don't want a conditional format or anything like that. I've tried everything from sorting to filtering to access. If there is anyone who can help me, I'd appreciate it so i don't have to update this manually everyday.

    thanks,

Re: How to get the first values in an array

here is the example of what I need done. Basically, everyday seven values will pop up into one of the 25 cells highlighted. I need excel to somehow place those seven values in order in Days 1-7. The problem lies in that if I reference each day to the value currently there, there's a good (if not certain) chance that tomorrow when the data refreshes, they will be in different positions. The order of the values goes left to right by each row going down.

Hello Aggie1110590, Welcome to the forum!

Used 1 helper column to get the relevant row numbers. You can hide this column, if you don;t want to display.

    See the attached.
