Hightlight Duplicates

Hello Experts,

Here is what i am trying to do:

I have some duplicates names in the column which i would like to highlight in next column

for example

A C F C I
A et A Mader
A NOVO
A NOVO
A&D
A.B.M.M.


Record 3 and 4 is duplicate, now i want "Duplicate" should come next to their cells like this:

A C F C I
A et A Mader
A NOVO.....................Duplicate
A NOVO.....................Duplicate
A&D
A.B.M.M.

Can somebody please help

=IF(COUNTIF(D:D, D3)>1, "Duplicate", "")
