    Playing schedule for corporate event.

    Hi,

I'm arranging a party for the employees at my company this weekend. We will divide the people into 6 teams, called Blue, Green, Lilac, Orange, Pink and White.

We will have five head-to-head activities and the goal is that all teams shall face each other once. And all teams should do each activity once.

I have tried for ages to get this to work out but I can never find the right solution.

Does anyone know how to arrange this so that it works?

    All the best!

    /Marcus

Hmm, maybe it will work with a little tweak. The way I need it to work is that all 6 teams should be playing at the same time. So for example:

    Round1:
    Green vs. Blue at Activity1
    Lilac vs. Orange at Activity2
Pink vs. White at Activity 3

    then you have:

    Round2:
    Green vs. Lilac at ActivityX
    Blue vs. Pink at ActivityY
    Orange vs. White at ActivityZ

    and so forth...

However, I can't get it to work out in the end. It's very hard to get the teams and activities to match up so all teams face each other at one point and all teams do all activities once...

I do it as far as to round 6. There i get one match and the two last matches wont fit...

There must be a way to do this right? Or is it impossible?
