Unhappy Copying spreadsheet onto another spreadsheet

Hi, I have a spreadsheet I have used for some weeks, adding stuff on weekly. Now on the row I am trying to use, the figures do not show, but show in the formula toolbar. It's like I have unwittingly locked something. I have tried to copy and paste the worksheet onto another one, but cannot do it. Please help! I am a bit of a beginner! Thanks

Re: Copying spreadsheet onto another spreadsheet

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
    Hope that helps.

It was likely to be caused by Wrapped Text on Merged Cells or white font color. Change it accordingly and check.

    Thanks

Many thanks to RoyUK and Nawas for your help. Tried Nawas's suggestion first and it worked! Have also done a dummy workbook as Roy UK suggested in case I have any probs in the future. Thank you both very much.
