Add text to multiple cells

Hello,

I'm having troubles with number formating concerning Postal Codes,

In Europe, a postal code is composed of 5 digits, sometimes the first one is a zero,
If I want this zero to appear the format must be set as "text"

However, some of the postal code of my excel sheet have lost their zero,

How do I turn a list of 4 digit numbers into a 5 digits string starting with a zero:

peg: 8456 --> 08456
