Issue similar to Transpose with a twist

Hi,

I have the following data in sheet 1. Based on this data, I would like the data to appear in Sheet 2 as shown below. ((((P.S: Please see excel attachment as well for clarity)))

Data in sheet 1 is exported from source X to an excel file format. So when the excel file is opened, I would like the data to be tabulated as shown in the Sheet 2:


Data in Sheet1:
DATE COUNT PLAN
11/12/10 100 1
11/19/10 225 1
11/12/10 100 2
11/19/10 225 2
11/26/10 400 2
11/12/10 100 3
11/19/10 225 3

Data in Sheet2:
