Red face Second page of spreadsheet does not keep the height format of the cells copied

Hi this is really driving me crazy. I have created a single spreadsheet page. I then went to page break preview and dragged the bottom horizontal line below. This of course created a page 2. At this point I copied a series of rows/columns and pasted them to page 2. All went well except for the cell heights are not preserved like those on page 1. I have looked at paste special, and the closest thing there is to preserve the cell widths. What am I doing incorrectly that is not allowing the paste to create the formatting the same as on page 1?

    Thank You,

    Mel

    Hi Mel

Copy/Paste the entire row (not just the cells)...row height will follow.

Thank you for the reply. This was happening when the row, or rows/columns were selected as a group. I did find a workaround. I copied and paste special to keep the cell widths correct. Then drag and highlight the row numbers in question. Right click --> Height change it to the height of the cells from page 1...
